Will I have setbacks?

Yes, as with any program you choose, unless you practice regularly setbacks will be inevitable. Some of our best students who were practicing 2-3 times a day for the first year did remarkably well. In time, they felt that the need to practice on a daily basis was no longer necessary, and that one to two times a week was enough. Unfortunately stress, like a dripping tap, is accumulative unless it is handled daily, and we have sometimes seen these "A" students slip back into their old destructive habits and lifestyles.

These are not inspirational tapes. They go beyond that premise. Think of a tree with its many branches.
